I am married to my high school sweetheart and mom of three boys. My journey in health and wellness started when I had my first son. I wanted to give him the best life possible, starting with choosing clean and healthy products for our home and family.

I received a patent on a teething rail cover design and was founder of a successful bedding and toy company. When the pandemic happened, I had to sadly close my doors.

Through the years I have dealt with chronic fatigue, hormone imbalance, and Lyme. This led me to get educated in integrated health and learn how to take control of my health and my family's health. There is no such thing as living a complete 100% toxin-free life. It’s about balance and simple lifestyle changes.

I learned we have to be our own health advocates, and the more we know, the healthier we will be. This journey inspired me to seek out solutions that go beyond my own experience, motivating me to explore a wider range of wellness products.
